These Terms govern your access to and use of ifigosilent and related features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (including how live video, chat, logs, and identifiers are handled). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. You may not use the service if you are under 18, or if you are prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
ifigosilent is an adults-only online product centered on real-time video discovery, lightweight onboarding (typically no traditional account wall), and optional upgrades. Features may change, be tested, or be unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not positioning the site as a generic anonymous experiment without guardrails. The design intent includes:
You are responsible for your use of the service and for any activity under your session or device. You agree to follow our Community guidelines and to behave lawfully and respectfully.
You must not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others; to share or solicit illegal content; to target or sexualize minors in any way; to distribute malware; to scrape or overload systems; to impersonate others or misrepresent your age; or to violate intellectual property or other rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
If you upload, stream, or send content, you represent that you have the rights to do so. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict access where appropriate.
The following points describe how we treat non–user-generated video files that may be stored on or delivered from our servers (for example, illustrative, placeholder, or ambient clips used in parts of the experience), and how we handle removal requests. They are intended to set expectations in good faith and do not waive any rights or remedies that apply under mandatory law.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), if you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our platform, please contact us with a formal takedown notice. Your notice must include a description of the copyrighted work, the exact location of the infringing material, a statement of good faith, and your contact information. We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.
ifigosilent operates solely as an interactive live communications platform. We do not produce, direct, or create any user-generated content. All users are independent and solely responsible for the content they broadcast. As such, ifigosilent qualifies for exemptions under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 as a provider of an interactive computer service or communication network.
ifigosilent maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors. Any user found broadcasting, soliciting, or sharing content involving minors will be permanently banned. All identifying data will be preserved and reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Certain features may be offered for a fee through third-party payment processors (for example PayPal, Razorpay, or other gateways we enable from time to time). When you pay, card/bank processing is primarily between you and that provider under its terms, availability, and risk rules in your country.
Fees, currency, taxes, and the exact entitlement (for example the duration of an optional pass) are shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices or packages prospectively; changes do not retroactively alter an entitlement you already purchased except where required by law.
General rule: Fees for digital access, filters, or time-bound passes are ordinarily non-refundable once the entitlement is delivered or activated, because the service is consumed in real time and cannot be returned like a physical product—except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a remedy (for example certain statutory cooling-off rights), in which case those laws prevail over this summary.
If you believe a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, or caused by a technical failure on our side, contact us promptly via the contact form with transaction identifiers and a short factual description. Where we verify a billing error attributable to us or a feature did not activate as described, we may issue a refund or credit at our reasonable discretion.
If you initiate a chargeback or card-network dispute, your bank or processor—not ifigosilent alone—controls that process. We may suspend or revoke paid entitlements associated with the disputed charge while the case is pending. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback patterns may result in restrictions on paid features or access. You agree to cooperate in good faith with reasonable questions from us or our processors to validate legitimate purchases.
Outages, risk reviews, compliance holds, or declines by banks, card networks, or payment partners are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a financial institution refusing or reversing a transaction, except as required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Section limits non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that matches or interactions will be safe, accurate, or suitable for you. You interact with others at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or (b) zero if no fees applied.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, including for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or creates risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the jurisdiction most closely connected to the operation of the service may have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
We may modify these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated through the site where practicable.
