What we collect

If I Go Silent is designed to minimize personal data. We do not require accounts. We create anonymous internal session identifiers to operate the service.

What we do not share

Your identity is never shared with other users. Participants only see "Venter" or "Listener."

Message retention

Messages are retained for a limited period (default 72 hours) for moderation and safety, then automatically deleted.

Internal signals

We may use hashed IP addresses internally for abuse prevention. These are never exposed to other users.
